Richard L. Hirsch, 90, of Dallas, Texas, died Friday, Oct. 23, 1998, in Dallas. He was born in Cape Girardeau on June 18, 1908. Survivors include his wife, Bernice; two daughters, Ricki Goude and Marian Hirsch; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren...Richard L.
