OAK RIDGE -- Graveside service for Charles Flemister of Oak Ridge will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Fairmount Cemetery in Cape Girardeau. Rick Wieser will officiate.

Flemister, 46, died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born Jan. 7, 1952, in Arkansas, son of John and Katie Lewis Flemister.

He was a welder. He lived most of his life in St. Louis before moving to the Oak Ridge area.

Survivors include a son, Charles Flemister of Arkansas; a daughter, Katie Flemister of Arkansas; two brothers, John Flemister of Pine Bluff, Ark., Noah Flemister of Chicago; two sisters, Loritta Willingham of St. Louis, and Odie Karski of Seattle, Wash.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
