OAK PARK, Ill. -- Frank P. Christ, 84, of Oak Park and formerly of Cobden died Saturday, Nov. 14, 1998, at West Suburban Hospital.

He was born Nov. 2, 1914, at East St. Louis to Edwin and Tillie Kuca Christ.

On Oct. 24, 1936, he married June Stephenson at Waterloo.

He was a retired automation mechanic at Swift and Co.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jerry Christ of Gainesville, Fla., and David Christ of Cobden; a daughter, Diana Christ of Oak Park; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation is today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden. Gravesdie services are at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lake View Cemetery in Fairview Heights.
