DONGOLA, Ill. -- Millie V. Christiansen, 88, of Dongola died Saturday, Nov. 21, 1998, at the Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born Nov. 16, 1910, at Cobden, daughter of Everett and Media Caraker Hill.

She was a dietitian at the Elgin State Hospital.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Anna. She was also a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 3455.

Survivors include two brothers, Rollie and Donald Hill, both of Anna; two sisters, Ada Casper and Imogene Schuster, both of Anna; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna from 6 to 8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Larry Shacklee will officiate, with burial at the Anna Cemetery.
