SCOTT CITY -- Dennis Lee Hoelting, 52, of Scott City died Sunday, Dec. 6, 1998, following a lengthy illness.

He was born Feb. 27, 1946, in St. Charles, son of Arthur and Mary Hoelting. He married Ruthanne Henry.

Hoelting was a machinist at a gear manufacturing company in Scott City. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife; children, Billy of Escondido, Calif., Keith and Aaron of Allerton, Iowa, Tammie of St. Charles; his parents of St. Charles; a brother, Kevin of St. Charles; two sisters, Cheryl Northcutt of Claremore, Okla., Jan Weiser of St. Peters; and seven grandchildren.

Friends may call at Paul Funeral Home in St. Charles from 4-9 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
