COLETTA SHELTON

CHAFFEE -- Coletta Shelton, 73, of Chaffee, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 1997 at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born Aug. 18, 1924, at Liberty, Mo., the daughter of Vincent Earl and Bertha Alphradia Abernathy Seabaugh. She married Leonard Shelton on Dec. 8, 1947. He died March 25, 1988.

She was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a housewife.

Survivors include one son, Robert E. Shelton of Glen Allen; 2 daughters, Pamela Tuttleton of Chaffee and Ladyne Kelley of Holopaw, Fla.; a brother, Dale Seabaugh of Chaffee; a sister, Elnora Lee of Chaffee; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two brothers and one sister.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Rennie Phillips officiating. Burial will be at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
