CAIRO, Ill. -- Amanda D. Schuh of Cairo died Saturday, Dec. 6, 1997, at Lourdes Hospital In Paducah, Ky. She was 90. She was born Nov. 27, 1907, in Cairo, daughter the Jerre and Mary Carmondy Collins. She was a bookkeeper for Neils Drug Store in Cairo prior to her retirement...

CAIRO, Ill. -- Amanda D. Schuh of Cairo died Saturday, Dec. 6, 1997, at Lourdes Hospital In Paducah, Ky. She was 90.

She was born Nov. 27, 1907, in Cairo, daughter the Jerre and Mary Carmondy Collins. She was a bookkeeper for Neils Drug Store in Cairo prior to her retirement.

She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Dr. Barbara E. Schuh of New York City; and a sister, Jeraldine Hayes of Paducah.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be private.

The Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo is in charge of arrangements.
