WEST PLAINS -- Graveside service for Lewis H. Jordan of West Plains was held Tuesday at Essex Cemetery, with the Rev. Ronnie Ledbetter officiating.

Watkins and Sons Funeral Home at Dexter was in charge of arrangements.

Jordan, 80, died Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, at Ozark Medical Center in West Plains.

He was born Aug. 5, 1917 in Salcedo, son of Frank and May Bond Jordan.

He was formerly of Circle City, and had lived in West Plains for the past 20 years.

Survivors include: a daughter, Glenda McAnally of Texas; two sons, Bobby and Jackie Jordan of Texas; two brothers, Clifton Jordan of Essex and Glen Jordan of DeSoto.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and three sisters.
