MARBLE HILL -- Robert L. "Rob" Myers Jr., 29, of Marble Hill died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 1997, in the emergency room of Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was born Feb. 18, 1967, in Cape Girardeau, son of Robert L. and Elaine E. Grindstaff Myers. He and Kelly J. Burger were married July 15, 1989...

MARBLE HILL -- Robert L. "Rob" Myers Jr., 29, of Marble Hill died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 1997, in the emergency room of Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Feb. 18, 1967, in Cape Girardeau, son of Robert L. and Elaine E. Grindstaff Myers. He and Kelly J. Burger were married July 15, 1989.

Myers was a self-employed auto mechanic, and member of Lutesville General Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; his parents of Whitewater; and maternal grandmother, Irene Grindstaff of Whitewater.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Lloyd Green officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery at Jackson.
