CAIRO, Ill. -- Josephine B. Piotrowski, 85, of Cairo died Saturday, Jan. 25, 1997, at her home.

She was born March 7, 1911, in St. Louis, daughter of Oscar and Angeline Dahlman Wimer. She was a homemaker and member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Cairo.

She is survived by two daughters, Angela Greenwell of Cairo and Ann Murphy of Louisville, Ky.; a son, Clement Piotrowski of Brookport, Ill.; a sister, Geraldine Strickland of Portland, Ore.; a brother, Gerald Wimer of Portland; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Jerome Fortenberry officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Villa Ridge.

Barkett Funeral Homes is in charge of local arrangements.
