CHARLESTON -- Yvonne Carol Brown, 40, of Charleston died Sunday, March 16, 1997, at her home.

She was born Nov. 27, 1956, at Wyatt, daughter of Vernon Edward and Jeanetta Baker Brown.

Brown had lived in Mississippi County most of her life. She was a waitress at the Grecian Steak House in Sikeston and a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Charleston.

Survivors include her mother of Charleston; two sons, Chadd Weakley of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Brandon Weakley of Charleston; two daughters, Susan McDaniel of East Prairie and Kelly McDaniel of Charleston; a brother, Larry Brown of Charleston; two sisters, Christine Wievenga of Seattle and Sheila Balaz of Ormond Beach, Fla.; and a grandson.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bill Meeks officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.
