MOREHOUSE -- Nellie Eva Reynolds, 88, of Morehouse died Monday, May 12, 1997, at Arcadia Valley Hospital in Pilot Knob. She was born Jan. 29, 1909, in Poco, Ill., daughter of John Claborn and Luella Harmon Reynolds. Reynolds was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She taught school 35 years at Morehouse and Sikeston, retiring in 1974. She was a member of Morehouse Chapter 450 Order of Eastern Star, and attended First Baptist Church...

MOREHOUSE -- Nellie Eva Reynolds, 88, of Morehouse died Monday, May 12, 1997, at Arcadia Valley Hospital in Pilot Knob.

She was born Jan. 29, 1909, in Poco, Ill., daughter of John Claborn and Luella Harmon Reynolds.

Reynolds was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She taught school 35 years at Morehouse and Sikeston, retiring in 1974. She was a member of Morehouse Chapter 450 Order of Eastern Star, and attended First Baptist Church.

Survivors include two nieces, Barbara Hawn of Viburnum, Carolyn Rigdon of Farmington; and a nephew, Morgan Smith of Florissant.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston from 5-8 p.m. today. An Eastern Star service will be held at 7:30.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Dolan Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sikeston.
