Hutson, 21, is presumed drowned after rescuing a friend in the Mississippi River in Cape Girardeau July 17, 1997.

He was born Aug. 11, 1975, in Cape Girardeau, son of Brad and Joyce Hutson.

Survivors include his parents of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Rose Neal of Cape Girardeau, Tara Hutson of the home; and a brother, Wade Hutson of the home.
