ZALMA -- Teddy Richard Perkins, 53, of Rockford, Ill., died Saturday, Aug. 16, 1997, at his home.

He was born Nov. 11, 1943, at Poplar Bluff. He and Frances Marie Becker were married June 6, 1964.

Perkins worked at Plastic Crafters 18 years, and at Rohr Manufacturing from 1991-95. He attended Samuelson Road Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Bob Perkins of Des Moines, Iowa; a brother, Kenneth Perkins of Wappapello; a sister, Margie Perkins of St. Louis; and a half brother, Glen Perkins of Jerseyville, Ill.

Friends may call at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Union Hill Church in Zalma. The Rev. Scott Reynolds will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
