JACKSON -- Wilfred M. Suedekum, 75, of Jackson died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1997, at his home. He was born May 1, 1922, at Gordonville, son of Martin Henry and Clara Lorene Kasten Suedekum. Suedekum was a self-employed farmer and carpenter. He was a member of St. James United Church of Christ at Tilsit, and Altenthal-Joerns American Legion Post 158 at Jackson. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II...

JACKSON -- Wilfred M. Suedekum, 75, of Jackson died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1997, at his home.

He was born May 1, 1922, at Gordonville, son of Martin Henry and Clara Lorene Kasten Suedekum.

Suedekum was a self-employed farmer and carpenter. He was a member of St. James United Church of Christ at Tilsit, and Altenthal-Joerns American Legion Post 158 at Jackson. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include a brother, Dorris Suedekum of Jackson.

Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. O. David Griffin officiating. Burial will be in St. James Church Cemetery.
