The infant, 11 months, died Wednesday, April 10, 1996, at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

She was born May 1, 1995, in Poplar Bluff, daughter of Jewell Cullum of Puxico and John Wilkinson of Dexter.

Survivors include her parents; a sister and brother, Rebecca and Cody Turner of Tennessee; maternal grandmother, Doris Neiderstadt of Dexter, and paternal grandfather, Dale Wilkinson of Bloomfield.
