LARRY MOORE

FRIEDHEIM -- Larry J. "Shab" Moore, 52, of Friedheim, died Thursday, May 16, 1996, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville.

He was born Sept. 14, 1943, in St. Louis, son of Wallace F. and Leona H. Wirth Moore. He and Shirley R. Brune were married May 20, 1972.

Formerly of Bowling Green, Ky., Moore was retired from General Motors there. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, VFW Post 4282, American Legion Post 133, and United Auto Workers. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Sheila Moore of Bowling Green, Deanna Moore of Friedheim; his mother of Perryville, and stepmother, Alberta Moore of Farmington.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. today, and Saturday from 6:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Immanuel Church, with the Rev. Jeffrey Lloyd officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
