MARIE PRINDLE

SCOTT CITY -- Funeral service for Marie Louise Prindle of Scott City will be held at 11 a.m. today at St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton. The Rev. Normand Varone will officiate, with burial in Guardian Angel Cemetery at Oran.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Benton after 8:30 a.m.

Prindle, 94, died Sunday, May 26, 1996, at Ratliff Nursing Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Feb. 9, 1902, in St. Louis, daughter of John Andrew and Marie Louise Klotsch McKan. She and Elmer Henry Prindle were married Oct. 19, 1941. He died Feb. 21, 1995.

Prindle was a retired photographer with Stix, Baer and Fuller in St. Louis. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Survivors include a sister, Susan Lucus of St. Louis; a grandson, and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, six brothers and a sister.
