PUXICO -- William G. Patterson, 51, of Fairfax, Va., died Friday, June 21, 1996, at Fairfax Nursing Center. He was born Oct. 16, 1944, in St. Louis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis E. Patterson. PUXICO -- William G. Patterson, 51, of Fairfax, Va., died Friday, June 21, 1996, at Fairfax Nursing Center.

He was born Oct. 16, 1944, in St. Louis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis E. Patterson.

Patterson was a software engineer with Texas Instruments. He lived in Knoxville, Tenn., many years, moving to McKinney, Texas, in 1987 and to Fairfax a year ago.

He was a member of the Unitarian Church in McKinney. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include a brother, Donald Patterson of Fairfax.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Chapel in Puxico. The Rev. Wiley McGhee will officiate, with burial in Elliott Cem+-ery near Puxico.

Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 9 a.m. to service time.
