JACKSON -- Ricky Lutes, 39, of Jackson, died Tuesday, July 9, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was born Dec. 24, 1956, in Cape Girardeau, son of Jesse and Martha Lutes. JACKSON -- Ricky Lutes, 39, of Jackson, died Tuesday, July 9, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Dec. 24, 1956, in Cape Girardeau, son of Jesse and Martha Lutes. He and Diane "Pixie" Hill were married Sept. 24, 1977.

Lutes was an electrician with Famous-Barr in Cape Girardeau and Carbondale, Ill.

Survivors include his wife; a son, David "Bubba" Lutes of Jackson; a daughter, Amy Lutes of Jackson; his mother of Millersville; two sisters, Janice Oliver of Millersville, and Linda Pratt of Scott City.

He was preceded in death by his father and three brothers.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Bill Ellis officiating.
