JACKSON -- Robert Edwin "Ed" Rinkenberger, 36, of Bonne Terre, died Friday, Aug. 23, 1996, at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center.

He was born Oct. 25, 1959, in Joliet, Ill., son of Robert E. and Betty Sue Rinkenberger. He and Deborah Campfield were married July 2, 1990.

Rinkenberger worked at Inland Container Co. at Fenton five years. He owned and operated Ed and Debbie's Place in Bonne Terre 18 months, and operated a mail order stamp business from his home several years. He was a member of NRA and 67-Gun Club in Farmington.

Survivors include his wife; his parents of Valles Mines; a brother, Jeff Rinkenberger of Hillsboro; and a sister, Kathie Smith of DeSoto.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today, with remarks by friends at 7:30.
