SCOTT CITY -- Frankie Don Medley, 27, of Scott City, died Saturday, Aug. 31, 1996, after a drowning accident in the Diversion Channel.
He was born July 29, 1969, at Chaffee, son of Roy Leonard and Juanita Doris Cassout Medley.
Medley was a 1987 graduate of Scott City High School.
Survivors include his mother, two brothers, Rodney Medley and Wayne Rhymer, both of Scott City; four sisters, Dianne Rose of Chaffee and Bonnie Baker, Tammy Clark and Judy Sturm, all of Scott City.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Rev. Rennie Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery in Scott City.
