BERTRAND -- Nancy Iona Reed, 81, of Bertrand, died Saturday, Sept. 7, 1996, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Jan. 8, 1915, at Imboden, Ark., daughter of Enoch and Mary Elizabeth Davis Reed.

She was a homemaker and a member of Shady Acres Church of Christ at Sikeston.

She married Loyd Glen Lemmons Oct. 15, 1933. He died March 2, 1963. She then married Joe B. Reed June 12, 1966, at Sikeston. He died May 31, 1992.

Survivors include a son, Perry Lemmons of Willow Springs; three daughters, Joann Gregg of Bernie, Carol Evans of Sikeston and Sheryl Lemmons of Bertrand; two stepdaughters, Pattie Reed Allison of Arlington, Tenn., and Betty Reed Loeber of Memphis, Tenn.; a sister, Letta Claude of Imboden; 18 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel.

The Rev. Pat Hogan will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
