Joyce Hope Koechig, 65, 2740 County Road 645, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 1996, at her home.

She was born Aug. 28, 1931, at Holcomb, daughter of Harry E. and Bonnie R. Dye Bradshaw. She and Marvin R. Koechig were married Oct. 22, 1949, in St. Francis, Ark.

Koechig was manager of Jean's Craft Shop 20 years, retiring Jan. 1, 1994. She was a member of Hobbs Chapel United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Marvin Koechig Jr. of St. Charles; a daughter, Dr. Donna Koechig of Kansas City; her father and stepmother, Harry and Mary Bradshaw of St. Francis; a sister, Helen E. Figgs of Topeka, Kan.; two half brothers, Harry Bradshaw Jr. of Malden, Darris Bradshaw of Piggott, Ark.; a half sister, Karen Stevens of St. Francis; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. David Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Hobbs Chapel Cemetery.
