ADVANCE -- Trula Shull, 79, of Advance died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 1996, at Heartland Care Rehab Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born Dec. 15, 1916, in Advance, daughter of Walter Allen and Louvena Pixley Croy. Shull had worked at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau and Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. She was a member of Bethel General Baptist Church...

ADVANCE -- Trula Shull, 79, of Advance died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 1996, at Heartland Care Rehab Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 15, 1916, in Advance, daughter of Walter Allen and Louvena Pixley Croy.

Shull had worked at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau and Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. She was a member of Bethel General Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Virgil Bruce of Huntsville, Ala., Loren Shull of Poplar Bluff; a sister, Eula Bruce of Advance; four grandchildren; and a stepgranddaughter.

She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and a grandson.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home from 4:30-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ray Placher officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park.
