ANNA, Ill. -- Junior Shelton, 76, of Anna died Monday, Oct. 28, 1996, at the home of a daughter in Canton, Mich.
He was born May 22, 1920, in Reynoldsville, son of Samuel Wesley and Maude Hensley Shelton.
Shelton was a retired machinist.
Survivors include three daughters, Robin Tudgay of Canton, Virginia Young of Novi, Mich., Dolly Lynch of Westland, Mich.; three sons, James, Mark and John Shelton, all of Westland; a sister, Gladys Stark of Jonesboro; 14 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna after 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Paul Sadler officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
