ALLEN J. PROST

PERRYVILLE -- Private graveside service for Allen Jules Prost of Perryville was held recently. A memorial mass will be held at a later date.

Young and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Prost, 75, died Sunday, April 9, 1995, at Chester Memorial Hospital in Chester, Ill.

He was born Nov. 16, 1919, in Crosstown, son of Jules and Caroline Weinkein Prost. He and Doris M. Eckenfels were married May 19, 1945.

Prost had operated a sand company, and was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church. He was a veteran of the Seabees.

He is survived by his wife.

Prost was preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters.
