GEORGIA M. MARTIN

ANNA, Ill. -- Georgia Mae Martin, 75, of Anna, died Wednesday, May 3, 1995, at Union County Hospital.

She was born Aug. 11, 1919, in Olmsted, daughter of James and Bessie Wright Odle. She and Joel Harrison Martin were married Dec. 8, 1935, in Pulaski. He died May 3, 1973.

Martin was a member of Anna Heights Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Danny Martin of Anna; a daughter, Jolene Davis of Bay Minette, Ala.; three sisters, Ruth Ledbetter of Ullin, Lou Denton of Rock Springs, Wyo., Mildred Chele of Granite City; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, two sisters and four brothers.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Boyd officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
