DEXTER -- Memorial service for Forest Henderson Jr. of Dexter will be held at 2 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Chapel in Dexter. The Rev. Jerrold Lake will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Dexter Cemetery.

Henderson, 62, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 1995, at his home.

He was born March 7, 1932, in Columbia, S.C., son of Forest and Dolly O'Sheild Henderson Sr. He and Donna Kathaleen Hott were married June 13, 1969, in Spring Valley, Ill.

Henderson had also resided in Decatur, Ill., and Miami, Fla. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Kenneth Henderson of Dexter; three daughters, Doris Craig, Janice and Georgianna Henderson of Dexter, and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter.
