DEXTER -- Mary Ellen Hedrick, 91, of Dexter, died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 1995, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 27, 1903, in Vincennes, Ind., daughter of George Wesley and Laura Essie Warner Faith. She and Raymond Alton Hedrick were married Nov. 24, 1925. He died Dec. 12, 1984.

Hedrick moved to Parma in 1936 and then to Dexter in 1972. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Dexter.

Survivors include a son, Russell Hedrick of Dexter; two daughters, Wanda White of New Athens, Ill., Patricia O'Grady of Midlothian, Va.; a sister, Kathleen Stanfill of Poplar Bluff; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 2-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Wayne Dismuke officiating. Burial will be in Bernie Cemetery.
