SIKESTON -- Ersie "Mary" Clark, 91, of Sikeston, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 1995, at Sikeston Convalescent Center. She was born Jan. 7, 1904, in Hardin, Ky., daughter of Alonzo and Betty Putman Hunt. She and Roy Clark were married Feb. 10, 1931. He died Jan. 16, 1977...

SIKESTON -- Ersie "Mary" Clark, 91, of Sikeston, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 1995, at Sikeston Convalescent Center.

She was born Jan. 7, 1904, in Hardin, Ky., daughter of Alonzo and Betty Putman Hunt. She and Roy Clark were married Feb. 10, 1931. He died Jan. 16, 1977.

Clark was a member of First Christian Church in Puxico, and American Legion Auxiliary 114 in Sikeston.

Survivors include 20 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. Friday.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Ed Pangburn officiating. Burial will be in Puxico Cemetery.
