ADVANCE -- Annette Campbell of Advance died Friday, Feb. 17, 1995, at her home, following a lengthy illness. She was the daughter of Charles Levi and Alpha Ward Clary. She married Dr. J.W. Campbell. The Campbells moved to Advance in 1967, where her husband opened a medical practice.
Survivors include her husband; a son, David Campbell of Advance; a sister, Sandra Hawkins of Cedar Hill, and a grandson.
The family will receive friends at Morgan Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. Monday.
A memorial service will be held Feb. 25 at 2:30 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Cape Girardeau. Jon Ramsdell will officiate.
