Lucille Patterson, 70, of Cape Girardeau, died Sunday, Feb. 19, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born Jan. 21, 1925, at Thebes, Ill., the daughter of Horace and Zola Boswell Parnell. She married James E. Patterson on Feb. 5, 1943, in Cape Girardeau.
Patterson was a member of the First Baptist Church at Thebes and was an Avon representative for 32 years. She had lived all her life at Thebes until moving to Cape Girardeau in June 1994.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Sharon Wickham and Judith Patterson, both of Cape Girardeau; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, where funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Carl Fisher will officiate, and burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Thebes.
