Paul R. Ross, 66, 301 Hillview, died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born March 16, 1928, in Puxico, son of Arthur and Bessie Johnson Ross. He married Geraldine Eaker Oct. 15, 1948, in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include his wife; a brother, Thomas Ross, and a sister, Florence James, both of Cape Girardeau.

He was preceded in death by a brother.

The family moved to Cape Girardeau in 1931 from Puxico. He worked at Superior Electric 39 years, 17 of which he was plant manager. He also worked for Southeast Missouri State University in the purchasing department. He retired in 1990.

Ross was a member of the SEMO Booster Club, Capaha Antique Car Club, and Maple United Methodist Church where he was an usher, member of the Men's Club, administrative council and a trustee.

Funeral service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, with the Rev. Jimmie Dace officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
