OSCAR F. NAEGER

PERRYVILLE -- Oscar F. Naeger, 79, of Perryville, died Wednesday, March 22, 1995, at St. Ann's Nursing Home in Chester, Ill.

He was born Jan. 31, 1916, in Ste. Genevieve, son of William and Sophie Krietler Naeger. He and Laverne Mattingly were married Aug. 24, 1938, at Brewer.

Naeger was a retired farmer. He was a lifetime member of Missouri Farm Bureau and member of Perry County, Ill., Farm Bureau.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Leonard and Glennon Naeger of Perryville, Thomas Naeger of Rackerby, Calif.; three daughters, Rita Seyer of Dexter, Mary Peterson of Perryville, Rose Fontana of St. Peters; 10 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sons.

Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 3-9 p.m. Sunday, and Monday from 6:30-9:50 a.m. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Monday.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Paradise Cemetery in Bremen, Ill.
