Harold L. Summers, 50, of Farmington, Ill., died Saturday, July 8, 1995, at the Renaissance Care Center in Farmington.
He was born Sept. 27, 1944, at Cape Girardeau, son of William Howard and Viola Slinkard Summers.
He and Betty McMillan were married Sept. 30, 1972, at Canton.
Summers was a school bus driver for the Laid Law Bus Co. He also served in the Army in Korea.
Survivors are his mother, Viola Summers of East Peoria, Ill.; his wife, Betty Summers; a son, Patrick Dean Summers, of the home; a daughter, Kelcy Kaler of Ipava, Ill.; a brother, Jack Summers of Orlando, Fla.; and a sister, Connie Sherrill of Peoria, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.
Friends may call at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Fairview Church in Millersville.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with the Rev. Jack Byrd officiating. Burial will follow at the Fairview Church Cemetery.
Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson is in charge of arrangements.
