ANNA, Ill. -- Graveside service for Clara Cook of Lake Charles, La., formerly of Anna, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Anna Cemetery with the Rev. Dewayne Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.

Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home of Anna is in charge of arrangements.

Cook, 93, died Thursday, July 20, 1995, at Lake Charles Hospital.

She was born June 28, 1902, in Union County, daughter of Tom and Ida Boner Roberts. She and George E. Cook were married Sept. 30, 1921. He died July 16, 1972.

Cook was a member of First Baptist Church in Lake Charles.

Survivors include two sons, Leon Cook of Lake Charles, Bane Cook of Monroe, La.; a brother, Clarence Pulliam of Anna; five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister and brother.
