Emaline Phillips, 84, of West Peoria, Ill., died Thursday, July 20, 1995, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.

She was born March 12, 1911, at Battles, Ark., the daughter of Elmer and Lillie Penn Taylor. She married Floyd Phillips on Oct. 12, 1929, at Mound City, Ill. He preceded her in death March 9, 1993.

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel in Cape Girardeau, where funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. James Donahue and the Rev. Raymond Oxford will officiate, and burial will be in Lindsey Cemetery in McClure, Ill.
