MARBLE HILL -- Funeral service for Peggy Louise Hensley, Marble Hill Route 1, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. The Rev. Dale Huff will officiate, with burial in Unity Baptist Cemetery at Benton.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. today.

Hensley, 60, died Monday, Aug. 7, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Sept. 14, 1934, at Illmo, daughter of Leroy and Irene Dodson Foulk. She and John A. Hensley were married April 5, 1953, at Scott City.

Hensley was a member of the Historical Society in Marble Hill and the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include her husband; a son, John Hensley of Plover, Wis.; a daughter, Jo Donna Priest of Marble Hill; two sisters, Janette Grasso and Dorothy Sanders of Marble Hill, and 12 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and a sister.
