FRIEDA L. MCMILLAN

Frieda Lena McMillan, 85, 2808 County Road 318, died Monday, Aug. 14, 1995, at Deal Nursing Home in Jackson. She was born Aug. 13, 1910, in Chicago, daughter of Louis C. and Anna Marie Armbruster Lindner. She and Arthur L. McMillan were married May 11, 1931, in Chicago. He died March 4, 1986...

Frieda Lena McMillan, 85, 2808 County Road 318, died Monday, Aug. 14, 1995, at Deal Nursing Home in Jackson.

She was born Aug. 13, 1910, in Chicago, daughter of Louis C. and Anna Marie Armbruster Lindner. She and Arthur L. McMillan were married May 11, 1931, in Chicago. He died March 4, 1986.

The McMillans had been dairy farmers since moving to Cape Girardeau County in 1947 from Chicago.

Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Collier of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Emma Fischer of Chicago; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, daughter, two brothers, a sister and a grandchild.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ernest Jordan officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
