SCOTT CITY -- Funeral service for Alice B. Eaton Sandoz, 84, was held Tuesday afternoon at Ruegg Funeral Home in Piedmont. Sandoz died Friday, Oct. 20, 1995, at the Fountainbleau Lodge Nursing Facility in Cape Girardeau. She was born March 25, 1911, at Stanford, Ark., daughter of Morgan and Molly Jetton Vanpool. She and Davis Eaton were married July 5, 1931. He preceded her in death. She later married Emil Sandoz who preceded her in death in 1972...

SCOTT CITY -- Funeral service for Alice B. Eaton Sandoz, 84, was held Tuesday afternoon at Ruegg Funeral Home in Piedmont.

Sandoz died Friday, Oct. 20, 1995, at the Fountainbleau Lodge Nursing Facility in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 25, 1911, at Stanford, Ark., daughter of Morgan and Molly Jetton Vanpool. She and Davis Eaton were married July 5, 1931. He preceded her in death. She later married Emil Sandoz who preceded her in death in 1972.

Sandoz was a homemaker.

Survivors include a son, Kenneth Eaton and a daughter, Artalee Roberts, both of Scott City; two sisters, Myrtle Walker of Paragould, Ark., and Pauline Hyder of Burton, Mich., and 21 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons.
