MORLEY -- Roy T. Boley, 64, of Livonia, La., died Friday, Oct. 27, 1995. He was the son of Jennings Bryan and Hettie Mae Billings Boley. He worked as a farmer, and in 1978, he was named one of the top 100 farmers in the United States by Allied Chemicals...

MORLEY -- Roy T. Boley, 64, of Livonia, La., died Friday, Oct. 27, 1995.

He was the son of Jennings Bryan and Hettie Mae Billings Boley.

He worked as a farmer, and in 1978, he was named one of the top 100 farmers in the United States by Allied Chemicals.

He was a veteran of the Air Force, serving in the Korean Conflict and was also a past member of the Elks Lodge and the Rotary Club.

He is the father of Lois Kay Boley Griffin of Morley. He is also survived by his wife, Lucy Carolyn May Boley of Livonia; daughters Lucy Ann Boley Torres and Roye Lynne Boley Chenevert, both of Livonia; a sister, Sybil Grace Boley Leavell of Dovar, Ark.; and three grandchildren.

A son, grandson and brother preceded him in death.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the Fordoche Baptist Church in Fordoche, La., and from 8 to 10 a.m. on Monday at the church.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. Gary Mitchell officiating.

Burial will be in the Cottonwood Cemetery in Lottie, La.

Niland's Funeral Service in New Roads, La., is in charge of arrangements.
