DEXTER -- Funeral service for David I. Richardson of Dexter will be held at 1 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Chapel in Dexter. The Rev. Tim Russell will officiate, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sikeston.

Richardson, 46, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 1995, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born July 11, 1949, in Morehouse, son of Marvin and Fanny Mae Watkins. He and Brenda Matney Eaves were married Jan. 19, 1990, in Corning, Ark.

Formerly of Morehouse and Sikeston, Richardson had lived in Dexter seven years. He had worked at Bunny Bread.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, David Richardson Jr. of Attica, Ind., Larry, Bobby and Scotty Richardson of Hammond, Ind.; two stepsons, Larry and Robert Eaves of Sikeston; three brothes, Marvin Richardson of Louisiana, Robert Richardson of Puxico, Herbert Watkins of Dexter; a sister, Linda Anderson of Attica, and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
