ALTO PASS, Ill. -- Louie Fox, 90, of Alto Pass, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 1995, at Union County Hospital in Anna. He was born May 19, 1905, in Alto Pass, son of John and Sarah E. King Fox. ALTO PASS, Ill. -- Louie Fox, 90, of Alto Pass, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 1995, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

He was born May 19, 1905, in Alto Pass, son of John and Sarah E. King Fox. He and Ruby Lyerla were married Nov. 22, 1927, in Alto Pass.

Fox was retired from U.S. Rubber Manufacturing Co.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Burl Fox of Alto Pass; a daughter, Shirley Potulski of Westland, Mich.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters and a great-grandchild.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Alto Pass from 6-8 p.m. today, and Saturday until service time.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Bill Vandergraph and Danny Miller officiating. Burial will be in Alto Pass Cemetery.
