PARMA -- T.J. "Thomas" Carter, 68, of Parma, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 1995, at his home. He was born May 10, 1927. Carter was a retired farm laborer, and had lived in Parma most of his life. Survivors include two sons, David and Anthony Carter of Poplar Bluff, L.C. Carter of Malden; two daughters, Catherine Johns of Parma, Patricia Ivy of Malden; a brother, David Carter of Houston, Texas; a sister, Catherine Carter, and 11 grandchildren...

PARMA -- T.J. "Thomas" Carter, 68, of Parma, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 1995, at his home.

He was born May 10, 1927.

Carter was a retired farm laborer, and had lived in Parma most of his life.

Survivors include two sons, David and Anthony Carter of Poplar Bluff, L.C. Carter of Malden; two daughters, Catherine Johns of Parma, Patricia Ivy of Malden; a brother, David Carter of Houston, Texas; a sister, Catherine Carter, and 11 grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Church of God in Parma after 10 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with Elder Ronald Pulley Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery at Malden.

Watkins and Sons Funeral Home at Parma is in charge of arrangements.
