LLOYD CLUTTS

OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Lloyd "Tub" Clutts, 93, of Olive Branch died Monday, Dec. 25, 1995, at The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

He was born July 2, 1902, in Alexander County, Ill., son of William Henry and Martha Olena Breeze Clutts. He and Retta King were married Sept. 16, 1925.

Clutts was a member of the Olive Branch United Methodist Church, Trinity Lodge 527 AF and AM of Mound City, Ill., and the Little Egypt Chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mary Carner of Olive Branch; two sons, James E. Wood Clutts of Woodriver, Ill., and William C. Clutts of Collinsville, Ill.; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, Ill., from 5-8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Thursday.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Olive Branch United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jesse Bellamy will officiate, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery in Thebes, Ill.
