BENTON -- Zachary Ryan Black, 15 months, died Wednesday at his home in Benton. He was born Sept. 2, 1994, in St. Louis, the son of Michael Kevin Black and Kimberly Ann Eftink Black. He is survived by his parents; a brother, Steven Michael, and two sisters, Rachel Ann and Sarah Elizabeth, all of the home; maternal grandfather, Arthur Eftink of Oran; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Black of Oran; paternal grandparents, Darrell and Vera Black of Oran; and paternal great-grandmother, Lorene Patterson of Oran.. ...

BENTON -- Zachary Ryan Black, 15 months, died Wednesday at his home in Benton.

He was born Sept. 2, 1994, in St. Louis, the son of Michael Kevin Black and Kimberly Ann Eftink Black.

He is survived by his parents; a brother, Steven Michael, and two sisters, Rachel Ann and Sarah Elizabeth, all of the home; maternal grandfather, Arthur Eftink of Oran; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Black of Oran; paternal grandparents, Darrell and Vera Black of Oran; and paternal great-grandmother, Lorene Patterson of Oran.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Adeline Eftink.

Private visitation and funeral services were held Friday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. Burial was in Forest Hills Cemetery in Morley.
