CHARLESTON -- Anthony Ray Kent Jr., 13, of Charleston, died Sunday, July 3, 1994, at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born June 25, 1981, in Charleston, son of Anthony Ray and Bernice Hamilton Kent.
Kent was an eighth grader at Charleston Junior High School.
Survivors include his parents; three brothers, Laurentiss, Trone and Julius Kent of the home; paternal grandparents, Robert and Emma Kent of Charleston, and maternal grandmother, Lue Bertha Hamilton of Charleston.
Friends may call Friday at Mercy Seat Baptist Church from noon to 2 p.m.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the church, with the Rev. J.L. Posey officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
