Joseph Michael Hutchings, 20, 1423 Luce, died Tuesday, July 5, 1994, at his home.

He was born July 16, 1973, in Cape Girardeau, son of Harold and Mary Lail Hutchings. He attended Washington School, Central Junior High School, and graduated from Central High School. He had been a counselor with Division of Youth Services, and was currently employed at Special Touch Pet Grooming.

Survivors include his father of Jackson; his mother, Mary McCain of Lakeland, Fla.; a sister, Kim Floyd of Cape Girardeau; a half brother, Michael Hutchings of Lilbourn; a half sister, Amy Hutchings of Lilbourn; two stepbrothers, Mark and Joe Sizemore of New Madrid; grandparents, Jack Lail of Macomb, Ill., Marjorie Seabaugh of Florissant, and Frances Hutchings, Jackson Route 4.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gary Brothers officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
