CHAFFEE -- Mollie H. Butler, 71, of Henderson, Ky., died Wednesday, July 13, 1994, at Rosemont Health Care Center in Orlando, Fla. She was born Dec. 1, 1922, in Smith Mills, Ky., daughter of John L. and Lelia V. Wicks Hallmark. She and Eddie Butler were married May 1, 1959. He died Jan. 1, 1980...

CHAFFEE -- Mollie H. Butler, 71, of Henderson, Ky., died Wednesday, July 13, 1994, at Rosemont Health Care Center in Orlando, Fla.

She was born Dec. 1, 1922, in Smith Mills, Ky., daughter of John L. and Lelia V. Wicks Hallmark. She and Eddie Butler were married May 1, 1959. He died Jan. 1, 1980.

Butler was a member of Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include two brothers, Jesse Hallmark of Henderson, William Hallmark of Roberts, Ky.; three sisters, Hazel Scroggins of Orlando, Frances Virus of Hammond, Ind., and Lois Lewis of Smith Mills.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday.

Graveside service will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Garden near Morley.
